It was a petty thing to do really; hardly worth him time. Petty theft had been a child's game; Roul had grown out of taking things off the stores shelf even before he had finished being a child. The challenge simply wasn't there. It had become too easy.
Just like now, he hadn't wanted - though he supposed he needed - the potion bottles he had pocket swiftly, pulling a handkerchief out of his pocket at the same time, making an excuse for his hand to be in there. As he walked towards the front of the store he looked just like any other customer would. It was an old game, and easy game.
He didn't even know why he was doing it.
