Unused Charrie is now Used

So... how do I start this?

Alannah's father is dead, Mother went insane over the death, and Alannah has a wake up call. Time for her to stop being a bitch. Oh, and she is under the care of an uncle who scares the lights out of her.

So.... lots of time out of her house. Lots of possible conversations

Alannah needs somebody there to help guide her out of the care of her uncle. Her uncle kills for enjoyment, and.. uh, how do I put this kindly... overpowers women often. Causing, a few unknown cousins running here and there.

Alannah doesn't have solid proof that her uncle does this. She wants to present proof to the ministry, to get out of his care, and having justice done. So possibly, She could meet up with a cousin and his/her mother, so witness is provided. Muggle mother, or magical one, doesn't matter.

It does not matter what age he/she is, sexuality, celeb, ect. Though for the personality, I kind of expect a bit of sneakiness, that is all. And not happy-go-lucky type That will just cause Alannah want to kill him/her. And would you want a dead charrie?
