Kait was in front of the poisons. Some of these she could just make herself, but Kait wanted a certain one that was complicated to make. And the brunette was no potioneer. Tilting her head to the side, Kait ran a finger across vials, not finding what she needed.

She didn't want go to the Holender Mansion, to see if the poison was there. Arkadi and her... wasn't exactly on speaking terms. They kept their distance, and Kait mostly behaved so Arkadi won't get on her.

Jaelyn was, admittedly, becoming more and more of a recluse by the hour. It was rare now that she left the manor, despite the fact that the season was shifting into a cheery summer. Not that the Hitrost had ever been one for gallivanting around in short skirts and giggling with her BFFs. Never.

But, it was on rare occasions such as these that she found herself unable to avoid the possibility of venturing away from her study desk. Jaelyn slipped into the store, pulling the black hood of her cloak away from her face as she entered- although what lay beneath it was a simple black skirt and white top, she always felt the need to wear the cloak when leaving her home.

Her gaze did a quick sweep of the shop, trying to get through this process as quickly as possible so that she could return to her work and-

Jaelyn paused, catching sight of the vial she needed underneath the fingertips of a stranger. Her head tilted to the side, silently regarding the girl. Making trouble would be a healthy relief from her studies.

"That would be mine." She said, smoothly moving past the stranger and snatching the vial.

Kait didn't even hesitate when Morozov took away the poison. She knew the Hitrost well enough that she was only picking a fight. She knew it wouldn't be smart to respond exactly like Morozov wanted, but Kait was wanting a good fight. Even though Kait wouldn't admit to anyone, Morozov was a good fighter.

Snatching the vial back, Kait shoved her against the wall. She held a knife against her throat, growling low in the back of her throat. "Morozov, you should pick fights against me. From past experiences, you should know I fight dirty." A low hum of excitement went through her body. She wanted this fight.

"You are such a fool, picking fights with people like me."

Jaelyn Morozov, admittedly, had been taken off guard. She had simply not anticipated such an immediate attack; with most people, it was possibly an insult- of course, one that Jaelyn never failed to outsmart, which would only rile up her opponent even more- and then they would make the attack. But this one? She seemed to have stumbled upon a proper nutter, this time. Smirking at the thought, she barely had the time to register the familiarity of both the voice and the threat.

"Past experiences? I don't believe I've had the pleasure." She murmured- there was no need to speak any louder, having been pinned. The girl was deliberately taking her time here- figuring out the flaws in her opponent's position, planning her next move.

And planned it was.

"Fool." She echoed, laughing heartily. "People like you- weak, stupid, easily angered- targets." She flashed a malicious smile at Kaitlen, before grabbing the wrist of the hand that held the knife and twisting it roughly. The Hitrost swiftly forced the other girl's hand against herself, the knife slashing across the skin of her right cheek.

The brunette had opened her mouth to snap at the Hitrost. But she didn't get any sound out except for an surprised 'oof' when Morozov twisted her hand roughly and slashed her cheek. "Bitch!" Kait exclaimed loudly, cupping her cheek. Growling, the ex-Hrabrost punched the side of her face. She forced the knife to come out of Jae's hand.

Kait shoved Jae to the ground, and quickly pinned her down using her knees and body weight. Then she gave Jae another powerful punch, not really caring about the damage. Somewhere on the ground, the potion laid on the ground no longer in its bottle. The potion bottle had crashed onto the floor, breaking into several glass shards.

"Do not call me weak -or stupid- ever again, Morozov."
