Rapid breaths escaped Tiana's lips as she slipped into an alleyway and leaned up against a stone wall. She hadn't been running from trouble, oh no. She'd been running from her mother. It seemed ridiculous, in honesty. But Tiana didn't want to leave London yet. She couldn't go back to Cornwall until she'd done some form of exploring.

Because of this, she'd slipped away from the woman at the first given opportunity. The second she'd seen her mum look in a shop window, she'd made a run for it.

The whole situation brought a fit of giggles to the young girl. It was seriously quite funny. Running away because she didn't want to go home? She'd done that as a kid, but only for a weekend. Still, it was fun to hide again.

Tiana strained her hearing, and upon hearing the footfalls of another person, she sucked herself up against the wall, eyes closed, and mentally kicking herself for choosing to wear a royal blue shirt. 'Bloody house pride...' she hissed under her breath, still flat out against the wall.

Watching her mother walk past, seemingly quite concerned, make Tiana feel slightly guilt ridden. Still, she relaxed slightly, letting her breathing return to normal. She stayed against the wall in case her mother returned, but there wasn't a big chance of that happening.

She turned away from the opening to the alleyway and tried to fix her now windswept hair. She hated it this way. No-one was ever likely to think she was attractive looking like a mop.

Hearing a voice behind her, Tiana jumped and squeaked. She couldn't help it, she was afraid of everything. "S-sorry. Hi," she mumbled, embarrassed.
