As Paloma walked into Transfiguration, she frowned. She had been so sure she was late, but no one else was there yet, not even the professor.

She shrugged and took a seat near the front, waiting for class to start.

Lynx entered the classroom and was surprized to see only one student, though it was the last lesson of the year so I guess many students became quite slack around this time

Lynx walked up to his desk and placed a cage containing 6 toads on his desk he then turned around to face his only student "Welcome Miss Poots, today we will be learning how to transfigure toads into flowers, but firstly lets practice the wand movements"

Lynx then pulled out his wand "Ok so holding your wand firmly you swish it in a clockwise direction then give it two sharp flicks, and then you would say the incantation Bufo Flora, ok so practice that now for me"

Damian almost swore when his luck failed him upon his arrival to Transfiguration class. He bowed his head in respect. "I apologize for my tardiness, professor," he said. "I don't have an excuse. I'll accept whatever punishment you have for me."

The boy took a seat and started to copy the wand movements being practiced. Of course, he knew what spell they were learning, due to the fact he had heard it through the door - enhanced hearing came with that benefit. Anyone else, however, wouldn't have, so Damian silently mimicked the motion without any indication that her knew why he was doing so.

Lynx saw another student enter the classroom, but decided that he would ignore his lateness, after observing the two students practicing the spell he was happy with their movements, he then opened the lid on the cage which contained the toads

"Alright guys, you seem like you have a good handle on the wand movement so come up here and get your toad and you can attempt the spell" Lynx said with a warm smile

blaine walks in slowly and gives the professor a slight bow "im sorry professor, just been feeling less than wonderful lately and i overslept. wont happen again i assure you." he sighs and waits for punishment or orders. he was used to this stuff.

Paloma's nose scrunched up when the professor said they'd be transfiguring toads into flowers. Honestly, wasn't there anything better to turn to flower than those slimy, nasty little things? Nonetheless, she practiced the wand movements, barely looking up when two other students came in.

She got up and walked to where the Professor was, with the toads, hesitating before deciding to use a simple spell to move the frog to her table. Pleased that she didn't have to touch it, the Uchitel walked back and looked at the toad's disgusting features before shuddering and muttering, "Bufo Flora."

The toad would have turned into a beautiful flower- if it weren't for the mouth croaking. Sighing, she undid the spell and tried again, this time getting it right.

Damian rose to his feet at the professor's instruction, casting a glance at the Gryffindor who had managed to show up later than he had. Moving to the cage, he reached in and scooped up a toad before returning to his seat with it.

"Bufo Flora," he incanted without much conviction. Might as well ascertain how difficult it would be before needlessly exerting himself, right? Besides, if he got the spell right too quickly, he ended up having greater expectations placed upon him. Damian would much rather apply his efforts to something that interested him.

"Bufo Flora," Damian chanted again, raising a brow in idle amusement as the toad's warts sprouted flower buds. Interesting... now how else could this spell go wrong?

Damian was suddenly dedicated to finding out.

Lynx oberbersed the students practing the spell he saw the Durmstrang girl had finally manged to get the spell correct "Well done Miss Poots, that was a truely beautiful cast" as Lynx wanderd around the class he saw the Hufflepuff boy only half transfigure his toad, Lynx then flicked his wand at the toad returning it back to its original form

"Mr Gray, you are being for to sloppy with your wand work, really try hard to make sure each movement is precise"

Damian looked up as the professor addressed him. Killjoy, he thought, making sure his gaze was diverted first. Things were just getting interesting.

"Bufo Flora," Damian cast, deliberately this time. The toad was replaced with a flower. Setting his wand down on his desk, Damian slouched back in his chair, bored again now that his experimentation was put to an end.

Rose entered the class and was late she got her work and then practice" Bufo Flora" hoping she got it right hoping many things for her self.Rose loooked as she took her book to read then she waited to aneser from her professor which ws nervous and sad.Rose wondered for a bit a she read jer nook so much of mind and good ness

Renas ntered the class he was prefect in this class Renas just took a seat and waited for an aneswer to learn mor ena dmore magc. Bora Flora he thought his sister was doing it he was socked so he tried it " Bora Flora!"Renas got his book out to see what it is then he wonder.Renas was smart and that but this was crazy.Renas just wondered to himself.

Lynx noticed two late comers, he pursed his lips then shokk his head, he couldn't stand when students couldn't make to their lessons on time "You two are very late and have missed the practical part of the lesson so you will just have to work out of the textbook with the rest of the class"

Lynx then flipped through the textbook 'Alright class, so i would like you to read pages 123,124, and 125 and do the exercise questions thank you"

Blaine yawns and opens his book and skims the pages, this stuff was simple enough. he got it. he finishes the reading and pulls out a photograph and starts sketching a copy of it on his sketch pad. his head filled with thoughts 'her hair has to fall there, and her eyes have to sparkle like always.."
